Serving Pays is a rebate program designed by the Livian Estates Team of Keller Williams Realty to give back to those who protect, serve and care for our country and community.

As a way of saying “Thank You” to our Heroes for their extraordinary services to our country and communities, our team is awarding a rebate of 15% of the gross real estate commission at the time of closing when a “Hero” uses our services in buying or selling a home.

We deeply appreciate our Heroes and when it comes to buying or selling a home, we want to help them every step of the way giving back not only a portion of our own earnings but our time and resources. 

Heroes who are looking to buy a home or sell a home in the greater Greenville and the Upstate, South Carolina can apply for the rebate program. 

Serving Pays is dedicated to help our HEROES serving in the following positions:

ARMED FORCE

Active Duty, Veteran, Retired, Reservist, National Guard, Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, United States Public Health Service, or Marine Corps of the United States

LAW ENFORCEMENT

Police Officer, Prison Guard, State Trooper, County Sheriff, Border Patrol, Retired

FIREFIGHTER

Active, Retired, Volunteer

Serving Pays is dedicated to help our HEROES serving in the following positions:

HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL AND EMS

Doctor, Nurse, Technician, EMT, Home Health Aide, Dispatcher

TEACHER

Teacher, Teacher Aide, School Librarian, School Counselor, and School Nurse

VOLUNTEER

Active volunteer of places of worship, local or international charity organizations, or community groups promoting goodwill
